Our bin stopped working and I emailed Numi for help. They replied immediately trying to help me fix it. When I was unable to fix it, they honoured the warranty and sent out a whole new bin and included refills to apologise for any inconveniences. Their customer service and product is amazing!

easy and convinient
Motion sensor is really convenient and works perfectly each time. Fits nicely under the island bench. It would look better in a black colour but white looks fine.
I love the sleek design of this bin. It compliments my newly renovated ensuite and it’s so easy to use. The one thing I especially like about it is I don’t have to line the bin or tie up the bin liner when it’s full. It does it all by itself! I highly recommend this bin!

This bin was everything I hoped for and works brilliantly- not having to clean out the bin or fiddle with bags etc EVER again is just wonderful 😍 The sensor is also very smart - it works as you would hope it too, opening when you want it to and not every time you walk past. It is also a good size; bigger and deeper and holds more than it looks like it will. Highly recommend!

I love my new B1 Smart Bin, it’s like something straight out of a science fiction film! Never thought I’d be so excited about a trash bin… but with that being said, This product is a feat of human engineering. When I first saw this product advertised on TikTok, I, being the skeptic that I am, thought to myself; “A trash bin that does all the work for you? I’ll have to see it for myself.” So I did exactly that since I absolutely abhor packing the bin and lining a new bag a few times every week. And I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with this Bin! Not only does it work exactly as advertised, but it also has some cool hidden features that aren’t mentioned. It has overfill detection so it will pack the bin even if it’s full to the brim. If you decide to pack it when there is less trash inside, it will pack with the lid closed to save space for the bag liner. I remember seeing one comment critiquing the fact that the bags are heat sealed and that “it won’t hold any weight and all the trash will fall out of the bottom” and that Is not true at all. I would argue the contrary, The bags are heat sealed extremely well. I tried pulling and tugging and simulating everyday stresses on the bag and it held up extremely well. You can flip the bag upside down and not have to worry about any spills or odors, it’s completely sealed and the seals are extremely strong, as well as the bags themselves. The bags do not feel any thinner than regular trash bin liners, but seem to be as strong if not stronger than regular liners, which is great! Very well thought out! I’m very satisfied with this bin and it’s always so fun to watch it pack and line a new bag. With the B1 Smart Bin, you can make the once boring and monotonous task of taking out the trash fun for the first time! 10/10 would certainly purchase this product again! :D
